Vareon Terms & Conditions
1. Welcome!
Hello and welcome to Vareon! These Terms & Conditions explain how you can use our platform, your responsibilities, and what you can expect from us. By using Vareon, you agree to these terms and to comply with Kenya’s laws, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.
2. Using Vareon
- Register a valid account and provide accurate information.
- Maintain the security of your account (username, password, access).
- Use Vareon appropriately to manage bookings, reminders, and daily tasks.
3. Your Responsibilities
- Use Vareon lawfully and responsibly.
- Notify your clients that their data will be shared with Vareon for bookings, reminders, calls, or messages.
- Keep your clients’ data safe and only enter info that you have legal permission to share.
- Follow Kenyan regulations regarding data protection, privacy, and electronic communications.
4. What Vareon Does
- Provides automated booking, reminders, calls, SMS, email, and task management services.
- Protects your data using encryption and secure servers.
- Acts as a data processor; we don’t own your clients’ data, you do.
5. User Content & Data
- Any information you enter (client names, contacts, schedules) is your responsibility.
- Ensure all data is accurate and lawful.
- Vareon may contact your clients only for service related purposes (appointment reminders, notifications, or calls).
6a. Prohibited Uses
- Do not attempt to send unauthorized spam or unsolicited messages outside of Vareon’s automated service.
- Do not violate Kenyan laws or regulations.
- Do not share sensitive client data without proper consent.
- Do not attempt to hack, exploit, or maliciously interfere with the platform.
Note: All communications sent via Vareon (SMS, email, calls, reminders) are generated by the platform for legitimate service purposes and are not considered user initiated spam. Users must ensure clients have consented to receive these messages.
6b. Responsible Security Disclosure
- Vareon welcomes responsible reporting of security vulnerabilities. If you discover a potential loophole,
bug, or security weakness, please do not exploit it.
Instead, report it to us immediately so we can investigate and fix it.

Reports made in good faith will not result in penalties or account suspension.
7. Service Availability
- Vareon will make reasonable efforts to keep services available.
- Temporary service suspension may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or security reasons.
- We are not liable for temporary outages or delays.
8. Limitation of Liability
Vareon strives to provide a reliable platform to help you manage bookings, tasks, and client communications.
However, please ensure that the information you enter is accurate and up to date.
We encourage careful use of the platform and adherence to local laws to avoid any issues with appointments or data.
By using Vareon, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own client data and actions on the platform.
9. Termination
- Accounts may be suspended or terminated if terms are violated.
- Users may close their accounts at any time.
- Upon termination, data will be handled according to our Privacy & Data Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
- All logos, graphics, and software on Vareon are owned by Vareon Enterprises.
- Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated occasionally. Major changes will be communicated via the platform or email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are primarily governed by Kenyan law, including the Data Protection Act, 2019.
While any disputes would normally fall under the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts, we are open to resolving issues amicably and encourage users to contact us to discuss any concerns or seek mutually acceptable solutions.
